Repair Consent

By dropping off a device, shipping one in, or submitting a quote request to Console Fix, you agree to the following.

You authorize Console Fix, at 4535 W Russell Rd, Suite 10, Las Vegas, NV 89118, to inspect, test, open, and repair the console, controller, or other device you leave with us.

Diagnosis may require opening the device. Save data, accounts, and settings can be lost. Back up anything you need before drop-off. Console Fix is not responsible for lost game saves or account data.

We will contact you with a quote before paid repair work when the job is not a posted flat-rate service. You can decline the quote. Diagnostic fees, if any, will be stated before work starts.

Some devices cannot be repaired. Pre-existing damage, liquid damage, prior repair attempts, and missing parts are not caused by Console Fix. We are not liable for problems that were already present.

Repair work is covered by a 90-day warranty on the repair performed. Custom controller builds carry a one-year warranty. The warranty does not cover new damage, liquid, drops, or unrelated failures.

Payment is due before pickup. Devices left more than 30 days after we notify you they are ready may be treated as abandoned.
