How long does a typical repair take?
Refurbishments, HDMI port replacements, and Hall Effect installsations can usually be completed within 24 hours. Please call for details on other jobs.
My PS5/Xbox has no video signal. Can you fix it?
Yes! This is likely an HDMI port issue, which we typically finish within 24 hours.
Do you need an appointment or can I walk in?
All of our services are walk-in, but if you want to give us a call we can write up your ticket over the phone to speed up drop off.
Do you fix controllers and accessories?
We repair controllers for the PlayStation (PS5, PS4), Xbox (Series X/S, One), and Nintendo Switch (Joycons and pro controllers), as well as the Scuf Envision. We can also repair controllers for Meta Quests; please call about any other controllers / accessories.
My console is overheating. What should I do?
Overheating can be caused by dust buildup and thermal paste issues; on the PS5, standing the console up vertically will cause oxidization issues with the liquid metal used to cool it. We always recommend laying it horizontally, using a stand to keep it completely level- but this is a preventative measure, not a fix. Our refurbishment will leave your console like new on the inside, with a 90 day warranty.
Do you offer a free diagnosis?
We do not offer free diagnostics, due to the extensive time, labor, and parts we put into diagnosing more intense problems such as power issues. All repairs are subject to a $75 non-refundable diagnostic fee. This will roll into the cost of the repair; for example, if a repair is quoted at $150, after paying $75 diagnostic, $75 would be owed on pickup.
What types of consoles do you repair?
We work on almost any kind of console; PS4/5, Xbox One and Series X/S, and Nintendo Switches are most commonly asked about. However we also work on retro consoles, including but not limited to PS1/2/3, Original Xboxes / 360s, Sega Consoles, N64, GameCube, etc. We also work on handhelds, including but not limited to Steam Decks, PSPs, PS Vitas, 3DSes/DSes, Gameboys... Please call about VR repairs. We can do many repairs on the Meta Quest 2, and have had many successful repairs on the 3/3s, as well as other VR models. Even if your device isn't listed, please call us to ask!
How much does a repair cost?

Do you offer warranties on repairs?
Yes! We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs, and a 1 year warranty on controllers; this covers any issues you may experience in that time, except for new physical damage since the last repair.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and anything that works as tap to pay.
Can I trade in or sell my broken console / controller? What about games?
Yes! We buy, sell, and trade for anything gaming related, including broken devices, Monday-Friday.
Do you offer home service or mail-in repairs?
We do offer mail-in, please call for details! We do not offer home repair services.
